The webinar programme ends with a final webinar that looks at Europe, with special attention to the south. It provided an opportunity to share and discuss the challenges facing forest management and conservation in the current climate change scenario.
In the webinar, which had well over a hundred participants, two LIFE projects developed in Portugal and Italy were presented. These projects address the future challenges of forest areas. Likewise, the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge provided a reflection along the same lines, focusing on state policy on forest adaptation and restoration.
